Help make travel fair

Travelling by public transport can be hard if you’re disabled, and at times it’s outright impossible.

We all need to use public transport at some point and we all should be able to expect a certain level of service. Public transport doesn’t necessarily have to be perfect, but it does need to be fair.

We want bus, train, taxi and metro companies to make a clear promise to disabled passengers what they should expect, and an easy way to complain if things go wrong with a journey.

We need your help to make this happen.

Tell us what promises you want to see public transport companies make in order to make it easier for disabled people to travel.
