Right now, the Government are reviewing the disability benefits system. They have proposed a series of changes. And launched a consultation on them. This is a crucial moment to make ourselves heard. They want to know what disabled people think about the changes they’re suggesting.
It’s vital the Government understands how these changes might impact disabled people. They need to hear from us loud and clear.
Through this action:
- You can make your voice heard on changes to Personal Independence Payment (PIP) as part of the consultation.
- You can share your response either with Scope, or directly to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
Scope is also pushing back on whole package of measures. We’ll continue to ask for your views on some of the Government’s other plans, and include them in our responses.
Use this action to get your voice heard.
Or you can respond to the Government’s full consultation directly. You can also read the Government’s proposals on their website.
