The Government’s consultation on the proposed changes to Personal Independence Payment (PIP) is also now closed. We responded to the consultation. Our response was guided by what Scope campaigners told us worried them about the proposals, and how the benefits system could work better for disabled people.
We know these proposals are distressing for many. The proposals may change, or not happen at all. Whatever happens, we’ll be in your corner. And will work with the new Government to improve the disability benefits system.
